फल और सब्जियां

अधिक से अधिक टमाटर, गाजर और पत्तेदार सब्जियां खाने से अस्थमा अटैक को कम किया जा सकता है। अस्थमा के मरीजों को रोजाना कम से कम एक सेब खाना चाहिए जिससे वे अस्थमा रोग से लड़ने में सक्षम हो सकें। कैम्ब्रिज विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा किए गए एक अध्ययन में पाया गया कि वयस्कों में अस्थमा का मुख्य कारण फ्रूट्स, विटामिन सी, आयरन इत्यादि खाघ पदार्थों का सेवन ना करना है। यदि बच्चे शुरू से ही रोजाना फ्रूट्स इत्यादि खूब खाएंगे तो वे अस्थमा रोग से आसानी से बच सकते हैं

subah naashte me chae ya doodh le sakte hai., cheez lagai hui 2 bread pees, 4 ande ke omlet ke saath 1 glass doodh. 

dopahar ke khane se pehle 1 glass falo ka juice, 1 cup giridar sukhe mewe kha sakte hai. dopahar ke khane me chapatiya, gaadhi dal, sabjiya, chawal, ek cup dahi aur salad khaye.

 shaam ke naashte me 1 vegetables sandwich ya chatni saambhar ke saath 2 idli.
